Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 29 June 2026
These Terms govern your use of bugzero (the “Service”), operated by Runde sp. z o.o., Racula — Ireny Kosmowskiej 16, 66-004 Zielona Góra, Poland, VAT ID (NIP EU): PL9731081638 (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
bugzero connects to your Sentry and GitHub accounts and uses AI to analyze production errors and open pull requests with proposed fixes. Every fix is delivered as a pull request for you to review — nothing is merged or deployed automatically. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and team, and you must be at least 16 years old.
3. Third-party integrations
The Service relies on third-party platforms — GitHub, Sentry, Anthropic and Stripe. You authorize us to access them on your behalf to provide the Service, and your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms. You must only connect repositories and projects you own or are authorized to manage.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service unlawfully, connect resources you have no rights to, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or use it to generate or distribute malicious code. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Plans, billing and trials
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, and the free trial includes a limited number of runs. Only successful runs and completed dry runs count toward your limits — failed runs are never counted. BYOK (bring-your-own-key) plans apply a discounted price when you use your own Anthropic API key. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time and access continues until the end of the paid period. We may change prices with prior notice.
6. AI-generated output
Pull requests and analyses are generated by automated AI systems and may be incorrect, incomplete, or unsuitable. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing and deciding whether to merge any change. We do not warrant that fixes are correct or that the Service will detect or resolve any particular issue.
7. Intellectual property
You retain all rights to your source code and the contents of your repositories. We claim no ownership over your code or the pull requests generated for you. We retain ownership of the Service itself.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from changes you choose to merge or deploy. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your team at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to comply with law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use after the changes take effect means you accept them.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes are subject to the competent Polish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have.
