bugzero provides an AI agent that analyzes production errors and opens pull requests with proposed fixes, together with a dashboard to configure and monitor it. It connects to your GitHub account and your error-tracking service (such as Sentry or PostHog). Every fix is delivered as a pull request for you to review — nothing is merged or deployed automatically. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and team, and you must be at least 16 years old.

The Service relies on third-party platforms — GitHub, the error-tracking service you connect (such as Sentry or PostHog) and Stripe. You authorize us to access them on your behalf to provide the Service, and your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms. The AI provider that powers fixes (such as Anthropic or OpenAI) runs under your own account inside your GitHub Actions runner, using a key you supply — that relationship is directly between you and the provider. You must only connect repositories and projects you own or are authorized to manage.

You agree not to use the Service unlawfully, connect resources you have no rights to, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or use it to generate or distribute malicious code. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

The Free plan includes 5 fixes per calendar month (UTC). The Pro plan includes unlimited fixes and is billed monthly in advance through Stripe. A fix is a run in which the agent opens a pull request — failed runs are never counted. Unlimited fixes are subject to fair use and to the daily safety cap you configure; we may limit clearly abusive use. Because the agent runs in your own GitHub Actions with your own AI key, you pay your AI provider directly and bugzero never bills you for token usage. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; Pro continues until the end of the paid period, then your team returns to the Free plan. We may change prices with prior notice.

Pull requests and analyses are generated by automated AI systems and may be incorrect, incomplete, or unsuitable. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing and deciding whether to merge any change. We do not warrant that fixes are correct or that the Service will detect or resolve any particular issue.

You retain all rights to your source code and the contents of your repositories. We claim no ownership over your code or the pull requests generated for you. We retain ownership of the Service itself.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from changes you choose to merge or deploy. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You may stop using the Service and delete your team at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to comply with law.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use after the changes take effect means you accept them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes are subject to the competent Polish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have. These Terms may be provided in other languages; if versions differ, the English version prevails.
